Hello! I’m Aubry and if you couldn’t already tell, I’m a lifelong dog lover - errr, dog obsessed!
I have more than 16 years of hands-on professional experience working with dogs. From being a Pet Stylist in a busy Lakeview salon for over 8 years, providing training support, adoption, and adoption advocacy, to WFH pet sitting, dogs have always been at the center of my life.
Small Press Paws was built on my deep connection to dogs and my belief that building and strengthening long-term, trusting client relationships is as important as the high-quality, pampered care I provide for every pet. When the opportunity to work from home became possible several years ago, I chose to turn that flexibility into something more lasting and intentional than Rover sitting (using a middle-man dating app for professional dog care? Gone are those days!) by starting my own, fully insured, private boarding and daycare business. My in-calm, clean & safe in-home environment mirrors the boutique, bohemian Printer’s Row vibe.

My long-term loving partner & dog whisperer by nature, helps support daily care routines, including feeding, walks, and all the snuggles. Steven, who also WFM, contributes to the calm, welcoming environment that defines Small Press Paws.
